MOE Form Section-IV (SPED)

In accordance with the Ministry of Education, the Special Education School Form Section-IV (SPED-IV) is to be completed by a psychologist. BICC referral letter and psychological assessment report to MOE are the following educational provisions:

🔹 To defer Primary one and to repeat K2 level, based on the child’s psychological assessment report.

🔹 Application for enrollment into primary school, based on the student’s psychological assessment report.

🔹 Application for enrollment into SPED schools, based on the student’s SPED-IV Assessment report.
