MOE Form Section IV (SPED)

In accordance with Ministry of Education Special Education (SPED) School Form Section IV to be completed by a psychologist. BICC referral letter and psychological assessment report to MOE are the following educational provision:

🔹 To defer entry into Primary one and to repeat K2 level, based on child’s psychological assessment report.

🔹 Application for enrollment into school, based on student’s psychological assessment report.

🔹 Application for enrollment into SPED schools, based on student’s Psycho-Educational Assessment report.
