Individual Educational Plan
BICC provides research-based Individual Educational Plan (IEP), from analyzing your child's strengths and weaknesses, your child’s needs and the symptoms being exhibited. For speech therapy, parents must still book appointment date for consultation & screening, is a standard procedure.
How our IEP is conducted?
🔹 Provides targets and goals of IEP which will be discussed with the parents and the teachers.
🔹 Therapy includes direct observation, data collection and teaching targets.
🔹 Provides parents with recorded videos of the child during each therapy session, and these videos are for parents to learn from and apply to their child.
🔹 Parents track the child’s shift in progress on the course of the IEP program and post treatment videos. Evidence-based and transparency are shown to parents from recorded therapy videos.
🔹 On completion of a total of 90-hours of therapy sessions, child's symptoms, speech and behavior progress will be explained and discussed with parents to keep parents informed on the shift in improvement in their child.
🔹 The parents will also be advised on their roles in the therapeutic development of their child in the home, school and social settings.
